As bad weather approaches, we must make plans for emergency school closings.

In some instances, we may run the buses one or two hours late; we may have the buses discontinue their routes and return the students home; we may have to cancel school just before the buses are scheduled to run; or we may have to close school early and send the students home. Parents are encouraged to tell their child where to get off the bus and also give the driver a note stating this particular location.

Announcements of school closings will be made as soon as possible on the following Radio and TV Stations:

We ask that you not call the Director of Transportation or Superintendent because they will be very busy making preparations for the closing.
